1. Services

We provide a one‑time FX Decision Memo and optional Monitoring Service, as described on our website and engagement letter.

2. Engagement and Payment

Payment of €350 (Memo) or €150/month (Monitoring) is due before work begins. We invoice via Wise.

3. Delivery

Memo delivered within 5 business days after receipt of data and payment. Monitoring updates sent monthly.

4. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and inform us of material changes. You are responsible for consulting your bank before executing any hedge.

5. No Financial Advice

Important: Our services are for informational purposes only. We do not provide regulated financial advice. We are not authorised by any financial authority.

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain our intellectual property. You receive a non‑exclusive license for internal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination and Refunds

Memo fee is non‑refundable once work has commenced. Monitoring can be cancelled with one month's notice.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business data confidential. Anonymised data may be used only with consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria (or Ireland, as applicable).

We may update these Terms with notice.
