1. Services

We provide a one-time FX Decision Memo as described on our website and in the engagement letter.

2. Engagement and Payment

The fee for the FX Decision Memo is €750, payable before work begins. We invoice via Wise. Payment terms are specified in the engagement letter.

3. Delivery

The Memo is delivered within 5 business days after receipt of complete client data and confirmation of payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and inform us of material changes. You are responsible for consulting your bank or a qualified financial advisor before executing any hedge.

5. No Financial Advice

Important: Our services are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not authorised or regulated by any financial supervisory authority.

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive license for internal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits resulting from exchange rate movements.

8. Termination and Refunds

The Memo fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations before work begins are eligible for a full refund.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business data confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the service or as required by law. Anonymised data may be used for case studies only with your prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FX Decision Engine is registered.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
